When you purchase a Thorpe Studio tool, you receive a single HTML file that runs in your web browser. This is a digital product delivered as an instant download.
Licence
Each purchase grants you a single-user, personal licence. You may use the tool on as many of your own devices as you like. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or make the file available for download by others.
Refunds
Because these are digital downloads, refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform you purchased from (Etsy or Payhip). If you experience a genuine issue with a tool, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
How the Tools Work
All tools save data to your browser's local storage. This means your data is stored on your device and is not backed up by us. We recommend using the built-in export feature to create regular backups of your data. Clearing your browser data may delete your saved information.
No Warranty
Tools are provided "as is." While we test thoroughly across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), we cannot guarantee compatibility with every browser version or device. All tools include dark and light mode, export/import backup, and recycle bin features.
